هل يعمل النظام مع كاميرات المراقبة الموجودة لدينا؟Can the system work with our existing cameras?

في أغلب الحالات نعم. نبدأ بفحص الكاميرات القائمة من حيث الدقة والزوايا والإضاءة وإمكانية سحب البث عبر الشبكة، ثم نحدد ما يصلح كما هو وما يحتاج إلى تعديل قبل أي التزام.In most cases, yes. We start by assessing the existing cameras (resolution, angles, lighting and network stream access), then identify what works as-is and what needs adjusting before any commitment.

هل يمكن تشغيل النظام داخل شبكتنا دون سحابة؟Can the system run inside our network, without the cloud?

نعم. يمكن تصميم النظام ليعمل على خوادم داخل المنشأة، فتبقى الفيديوهات والبيانات لديكم، ونتفق مع فريق تقنية المعلومات على متطلبات الأجهزة والشبكة والصلاحيات.Yes. The system can be designed to run on servers inside your facility, so video and data stay with you. We agree hardware, network and access requirements with your IT team.

هل تبدأون بمرحلة تجريبية؟Do you start with a pilot?

نعم. نفضّل البدء بمرحلة تجريبية على نطاق محدود، مثل مجموعة من الكاميرات أو قسم واحد، لقياس الأداء في ظروف التشغيل الفعلية قبل التوسع.Yes. We prefer to start with a limited pilot, such as a group of cameras or one department, to measure performance under real operating conditions before scaling.

كيف تتعاملون مع سرية البيانات؟How do you handle data confidentiality?

نوقّع اتفاقية عدم إفصاح عند الطلب، ونقصر الوصول إلى البيانات على من يحتاجه في المشروع، ويحدد العميل سياسات الاحتفاظ بالبيانات.We sign an NDA on request, limit data access to the people who need it for the project, and the client sets the data-retention policies.

هل تعملون مع فرق خارج القاهرة؟Do you work with teams outside Cairo?
